Popis
The task of this work is to introduce the reader to
the possibilities and conditions of breeding edible insects in the Czech Republic, with a focus on a selected species, namely the mealybug (Tenebrio molitor). To propose the optimization of breeding conditions for different stages of breeding, with the possibility of accelerating breeding. Based on these established
conditions, a breeding station was designed and implemented, which was controlled by an ESP32 microcontroller from Espressif. The article describes the measurement and regulation of breeding conditions with a focus on temperature, humidity, dosing of food and liquids. The penultimate chapter mentions the experimental measurement of regulated conditions with the evaluation of the measured data. The conclusion is an evaluation of the solution and its other possibilities.
