Popis
Three single standing tungsten oxide nanowires were stabilized between two capacitor-like gold electrodes and tested electrically. Resistivity changes of the sensor were measured as a response upon NO 2 gas adsorption/desorption processes with synthetic air as reference ambient. Response data showed that operation at low temperature (100°C) might be possible most probably due to active sites for adsorption present especially in the very initial state of the sensor.
