Integrated Circuits Laboratory

This is the department’s core lab to engineer custom integrated circuits, for both research projects and solely commercial purposes. Though not primarily educational, the rooms are also used by students who wish to work on their theses.

  • complete simulations
  • production document writing

Laboratory equipment

  • Designer workstations on Linux
  • CAD software: Cadence, Mentor Graphics, and Synopsys licenses
  • Processes: AMIS (ONSemi 0.7 µm and 0.35 µm), TSMC (180 nm and 90 nm).
