Modern micro- and nanoelectronics for the future

The project aims to analyze the current state of knowledge in the field of micro- and nanoelectronics with the potential for designing and implementing electronic circuits or chips, devices, and sensors focused on IoT, Smart city, Space, or Industry 4.0. The project is divided into two research areas. The first focuses on the utilization of modern technologies and materials for micro- and nanoelectronics and sensors. The second involves the analysis, design, and implementation of circuits and systems for applications in the areas of IoT, Smart city, Space, or Industry 4.0.
